Currently BNI has over 270,000+ members in 9,500+ chapters in over 74 countries worldwide. Members meet weekly to discuss business and support each others businesses by sharing referrals.
On October 7, 2020, the dream of an expansion and modernization of our Austintown location came to fruition. For many years the Austintown location battled keeping the waiting area warm in winter and cool in summer along with a door that if the wind kicked up would open on its own. At the same time the business was growing, and the business office was bursting at the seams in the Youngstown location.
A decision was made to expand the Austintown location, improve the waiting area, and move the business office from Youngstown to Austintown. On November 28th, 2019, the shovel hit the ground in Austintown and the expansion was started.
We continued to be open for business during this time and our Managers, Service Advisors, and expert technicians, still provided the best possible customer service even with sometimes hearing banging and pounding all day, little to no heat, or sweltering heat and no air conditioning. At one time near the end of the expansion they literally worked out of a very small office meeting the customers outside to obtain their service information.
Our expansion is loved by all. Our long-time customers enjoy the improvements, our new customers love the modernization and cleanliness. Our staff enjoys having windows they can see out of and having plenty of room for all the paperwork that comes with having 3 locations.
We offer car care clinics which help to empower men & women. We teach the basics you need to know about your vehicle and making informed buying decisions. It’s a night out with fun, food, and prizes and we do this free charge!
